Disclosed is a sugar chain marker which can detect hepatic diseases. More specifically disclosed is a sugar chain marker which can be used as a measure of the disease conditions of hepatic diseases. Further specifically disclosed is a sugar chain marker which can distinguish disease conditions depending on the stages of progression of hepatocellular carcinoma. A glycopeptide and a group of glycopeptides of which the sugar chain structure is changed specifically in hepatic diseases including hepatocellular carcinoma are identified among from serum glycoproteins. The glycopeptide and the group of glycopeptides can be used as a novel (glycopeptides and glycoprotein) sugar chain marker specific to the disease conditions of hepatic diseases.

L'invention porte sur un marqueur de chaîne de sucre qui peut détecter des maladies hépatiques. L'invention porte plus spécifiquement sur un marqueur de chaîne de sucre qui peut être utilisé comme une mesure des états de maladie de maladies hépatiques. L'invention porte en outre spécifiquement sur un marqueur de chaîne de sucre qui peut distinguer des états de maladie selon les stades de progression de carcinome hépatocellulaire. Un glycopeptide et un groupe de glycopeptides, dont la structure de chaîne de sucre est modifiée spécifiquement dans des maladies hépatiques comprenant un carcinome hépatocellulaire, sont identifiés parmi des glycoprotéines du sérum. Le glycopeptide et le groupe de glycopeptides peuvent être utilisés comme nouveaux marqueurs de chaîne de sucre (glycopeptidiques et glycoprotéique) spécifiques des états de maladie de maladies hépatiques.

本願発明は、肝疾患を検出できる糖鎖マーカーの開発を課題とする。より具体的には、肝疾患病態の指標となる糖鎖マーカーの開発を課題とする。さらに、本願発明は、肝細胞がんの進行に応じた肝疾患病態を区別できる糖鎖マーカーの開発も課題とする。本願発明者等は、血清糖タンパク質のうち、肝細胞がんを含む肝疾患で糖鎖構造が特異的に変化する糖ペプチドおよび糖タンパク質群を同定し、これを新規肝疾患病態特異的(糖ペプチドおよび糖タンパク質)糖鎖マーカーとして提供する。
