Disclosed is a grease-filled tool in which a top cover (23) having a grease pressure inlet (30) does not float up by means of the injection pressure of the grease when filling the gaps in a bearing (A) with grease. The grease-filled tool is provided with a supporting platform (20), which carries the bearing (A), wherein a plurality of rolling elements (2) are evenly disposed on the outer peripheral surface of inner wheels (1) by means of a retainer (3), the bearing (A) being carried with one end surface of the inner wheels (1) on the bottom; a disc-shaped middle cover (21) mounted on the other end surface of the inner wheels (1); and an upper cover, which has a grease pressure inlet (30), has a disc shape with a larger diameter than the middle cover (21), and on the lower surface is provided with a middle-cover-receiving indentation (29), which receives the middle cover (21) leaving a grease injection space (22) at the upper surface and the outer peripheral surface of the middle cover (21). The grease-filled tool is further provided with a pressing member, which is provided on the abovementioned supporting platform (20), and which engages the upper surface of the upper cover (23), pressing the upper cover (23) downwards when grease fills the gap spaces in the bearing (A) from a grease filling opening (56) formed in the space between the inner peripheral surface of the middle-cover-receiving indentation (29) of the upper cover (23) and the outer peripheral surface of the middle cover (21), preventing the upper cover (23) from floating up.

L'invention porte sur un outil rempli de graisse dans lequel un capot supérieur (23) ayant une entrée de pression de graisse (30) n'est pas soulevé en flottant sous l'action de la pression d'injection de la graisse lorsqu'on remplit de graisse les vides intérieurs d'un palier (A). L'outil rempli de graisse comporte une plateforme de support (20) qui supporte le palier (A), une pluralité d'éléments roulants (2) étant maintenus uniformément espacés sur la surface périphérique extérieure de roues intérieures (1) au moyen d'un organe de retenue (3), le palier (A) étant porté avec une surface terminale des roues intérieures (1) sur le fond ; un capot intermédiaire en forme de disque (21) monté sur l'autre surface terminale des roues intérieures (1) ; et un capot supérieur qui présente une entrée de pression de graisse (30), qui présente la forme d'un disque de diamètre supérieur à celui du capot intermédiaire (21), et qui comporte sur sa surface inférieure une indentation de réception de capot intermédiaire (29), qui reçoit le capot intermédiaire (21) en laissant un espace d'injection de graisse (22) au niveau de la surface supérieure et de la surface périphérique extérieure du capot intermédiaire (21). L'outil rempli de graisse comporte en outre un organe de pression qui est disposé sur la plateforme de support précitée (20) et qui vient en prise avec la surface supérieure du capot supérieur (23) en pressant le chapeau supérieur (23) vers le bas lorsque de la graisse remplit les espaces vides dans le palier (A) en partant d'une ouverture de remplissage de graisse (56) formée dans l'espace situé entre la surface périphérique intérieure de l'indentation de réception de capot intermédiaire (29) du capot supérieur (23) qui reçoit le capot intermédiaire et la surface périphérique extérieure du capot intermédiaire (21), empêchant le capot supérieur (23) de se soulever en flottant.

 ベアリングAの隙間にグリースを封入する際に、グリースの注入圧力により、グリース圧入口30を有する上蓋23が浮き上がらないようにしたグリース封入治具を提供することを課題とする。 内輪1の外周面に複数の転動体2を保持器3によって均等に配置したベアリングAを、内輪1の一方の端面を下にして載置する支持台20と、内輪1の他方の端面に載置される円盤形状の中蓋21と、グリース圧入口30を有し、中蓋21よりも大径の円盤形状で、下面に、中蓋21の上面と外周面にグリース圧入空間22を開けて中蓋21を収容する中蓋収容凹部29を設けた上蓋23とを備え、ベアリングAの隙間空間に、上蓋23の中蓋収容凹部29の内周面と中蓋21の外周面との間に形成されるグリース封入口56からグリースを封入する際に、上記支持台20に、上蓋23の上面に係合して上蓋23を下方に押し付ける押し付け部材を設けて、上蓋23の浮き上がりを防止した。
