A process is provided in which high-purity hydrogen can be easily produced even when low-grade coal or the like is used as a fuel. A hydrogen production system is also provided with which high-purity hydrogen can be produced and carbon dioxide can be fixed using the high-purity hydrogen production process in a field where low-grade coal or the like occurs. The process for hydrogen production comprises gasifying low-grade coal or the like as a fuel to produce hydrogen, wherein the carbon monoxide contained in the mixed gas is converted to carbon dioxide as much as possible through a conversion reaction with water gas and the carbon monoxide that remains after the reaction caused by water gas addition is oxidized to carbon dioxide with the aid of a catalyst for selective oxidation of carbon monoxide. As a result, high-purity hydrogen can be easily obtained with a gas separator.

L'invention porte sur un procédé dans lequel de l'hydrogène de haute pureté peut être facilement produit même lorsqu'un charbon maigre ou similaire est utilisé comme combustible. L'invention porte également sur un système de production d'hydrogène avec lequel de l'hydrogène de haute pureté peut être produit et du dioxyde de carbone peut être fixé à l'aide du procédé de production d'hydrogène de haute pureté dans un domaine où du charbon maigre ou similaire apparaît.  本発明は、低品位炭等を燃料とした場合でも、容易に高純度水素を製造することが可能な方法の提供を目的とする。また、本発明は、そのような高純度水素の製造方法を利用し、低品位炭等の産出地で高純度水素の製造及び二酸化炭素の固定化を行いうる水素製造システムの提供を目的とする。 本発明の水素製造方法は、低品位炭等を燃料としてガス化させ、水素を製造する場合に、水性ガス転化反応によって混合ガス中の一酸化炭素を可能な限り二酸化炭素に変化させ、次に、一酸化炭素選択酸化触媒によって水性ガス添加反応後に残存する一酸化炭素を二酸化炭素へと酸化させる。その結果、ガス分離装置によって容易に高純度水素を得ることができる。
