Disclosed is a solid electrolyte wherein the intergranular resistance is decreased. The solid electrolyte is mainly composed of a garnet-type compound having Li ion conductivity, and is characterized by having, between grains of the garnet-type compound, phosphoric acid group-containing Li ion conductor particles which have a smaller particle diameter than the garnet-type compound and are in area contact with the garnet-type compound.

La présente invention concerne un électrolyte solide dans lequel la résistance intergranulaire est réduite. L'électrolyte solide est principalement composé d'un composé du type grenat présentant une conductivité des ions Li, et est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, entre des grains du composé de type grenat, des particules conductrices d'ions Li contenant un groupe acide phosphorique, dont le diamètre particulaire est inférieur à celui du composé de type grenat et qui se trouvent en contact superficiel avec le composé de type grenat.

 本発明は、粒間抵抗を低減した固体電解質を提供することを主目的とする。 本発明においては、Liイオン伝導性を有するガーネット型化合物を主成分とする固体電解質であって、上記ガーネット型化合物の粒間に、上記ガーネット型化合物よりも粒径が小さく、かつ、上記ガーネット型化合物と面接触するリン酸基含有Liイオン伝導体を有することを特徴とする固体電解質を提供することにより、上記課題を解決する。
