An aperture stop (100A) is provided with a filter region (1) formed on a plate-like substrate (3) and an aperture region (2) formed in the inside of the filter region (1). The filter region (1) transmits infrared light and reduces or cuts off the transmission of visible light. With respect to an area (S1) of the filter region (1) and an area (S2) of the aperture region (2), a ratio of (S2/(S1+S2)) is equal to or less than 50%. Thus, such a simple method makes it possible to simultaneously and clearly observe an object image of a visible light band resulting from illumination light and an image to be observed resulting from weak fluorescent light in an infrared band from an observing portion of the object at the same time.

La présente invention concerne une butée d'ouverture (100A) qui est dotée d'une région filtrante (1) formée sur un substrat du type plaque (3) et d'une région d'ouverture (2) formée à l'intérieur de la région filtrante (1). La région filtrante (1) transmet la lumière infrarouge et réduit ou interrompt la transmission de la lumière visible. Par rapport à une surface (S1) de la région filtrante (1) et une surface (S2) de la région d'ouverture (2), un rapport de (S2/(S1+S2)) est inférieur ou égal à 50 %. Ainsi, un procédé simple permet d'observer simultanément et clairement une image objet d'une bande de lumière visible résultant d'une lumière d'éclairage et une image à observer résultant d'une faible lumière fluorescente dans une bande infrarouge à partir d'une partie d'observation de l'objet en même temps.

 開口絞り100Aが、平板状基板3に形成されたフィルタ領域1、フィルタ領域1の内側に形成された開口領域2を有する。フィルタ領域1は、赤外光を透過させ、かつ可視光の透過を低減又は遮断する。また、フィルタ領域1の面積(S1)と開口領域2の面積(S2)について、比(S2/(S1+S2))を50%以下とする。これにより、照明光による可視光帯域の被写体像と、その被写体の観察部位からの赤外帯域の微弱な蛍光による観察像とを、簡便な方法で同時に鮮明に観察することが可能となる。
