Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a vehicle condition detection device comprising a detecting element (11) for detecting the vehicle condition. The method comprises performing a secondary molding on a primary molded body (12), and molding a hollow portion (19) within a connector housing portion (15) formed by this secondary moulding in such a way as to penetrate to a surface region of the primary molded body (12) that corresponds to the position of the detecting element (11).

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de détection de l'état d'un véhicule, comprenant un élément de détection (11) servant à détecter l'état du véhicule. Le procédé consiste à réaliser un moulage secondaire sur un corps moulé primaire (12), et à mouler une partie creuse (19) dans une partie (15) du boîtier de connecteur formée par ce moulage secondaire de manière à pénétrer jusqu'à une région de surface du corps moulé primaire (12) qui correspond à la position de l'élément de détection (11).
