The invention relates to a microfluidic system comprising: a microfluidic device (20) comprising: o a microfluidic circuit (28) for flowing a fluidic sample (25); and o an outer wall having a first opening (21 ) therethrough in communication with the microfluidic circuit (28); a receiving device (10) comprising: o an opened cavity (14) able to receive at least a part of the microfluidic device (20); o a chamber (12) comprising an inner volume and a wall having a second opening (11 ) therethrough in communication with the inner volume; a gas path (30) generated between the first and the second openings (1 1, 21 ) allowing a gas but not the fluidic sample (25) flowing between the microfluidic circuit (28) and the chamber (12), when the microfluidic device (20) is received into said cavity (14) at a determinate relative position; wherein the system is arranged such that the volume of the chamber is modified when the position of the microfluidic device (20) into the cavity (14) is beyond a threshold position.

L'invention porte sur un système microfluidique comprenant : un dispositif microfluidique (20) comprenant : un circuit microfluidique (28) pour la circulation d'un échantillon fluidique (25) ; et une paroi externe ayant une première ouverture (21) dans celle-ci en communication avec le circuit microfluidique (28) ; un dispositif récepteur (10) comprenant : une cavité ouverte (14) apte à accueillir au moins une partie du dispositif microfluidique (20) ; une chambre (12) comprenant un volume interne et une paroi ayant une seconde ouverture (11) dans celle-ci en communication avec le volume interne ; un trajet de gaz (30) formé entre les première et seconde ouvertures (11, 21) permettant à un gaz mais pas à l'échantillon fluidique (25) de circuler entre le circuit microfluidique (28) et la chambre (12), lorsque le dispositif microfluidique (20) est accueilli dans ladite cavité (14) en une position relative déterminée ; le système étant conçu de façon à ce que le volume de la chambre soit modifié lorsque la position du dispositif microfluidique (20) dans la cavité (14) est au-delà d'une position seuil.
