Abstract

The invention relates to an actuator structure that is "inchworm"-like but reverse-like. The structure includes, for each actuator assembly, piezoelectric engagement actuators (11, 12) each arranged at one end of a translation actuator (13). The successive adhesion loss of two engagement actuators (11, 12) results from the excitation of each of said members so that their translation surface vibrates and loses adhesion in turns, the translation actuator (13) proceeding with the relative and alternating translation of each of the two engagement actuators having lost adhesion due to the excitation. The assembly thus operates in a stepped manner.

La structure d' actionneurs est du type « à chenille » (inchworm) mais de type inversé. Il comprend principalement, pour chaque ensemble d' actionneurs des actionneurs de prise de type piézoélectrique (11, 12) placés chacun à une extrémité d'un actionneur de translation (13). La perte d'adhérence successive de deux actionneurs de prise (11, 12) se fait par l'excitation de chacun de ces éléments pour que leur surface de translation vibrent et perdent l'adhérence chacun leur tour, l' actionneur de translation (13) procédant à la translation relative et alternée de chacun des deux actionneurs de prise qui ont perdu leur adhérence par excitation. L'ensemble évolue ainsi pas à pas.
