Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sensorelement zur Bestimmung der Temperatur und/oder der Feuchte und/oder des Druckes und/oder der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit eines Mediums und/oder einer Gaskonzentration, mit einem wärmeleitfähigen flächigen Substrat (1), auf dessen einer Seitenfläche ein für die mindestens eine Messgröße sensitives Element (2) vorgesehen ist. Diejenige Seitenfläche des Substrats (1), welche dem für die mindestens eine Messgröße sensitiven Element (2) abgewandt ist, ist durch eine Vorbehandlung geglättet und auf der geglätteten Seitenfläche des Substrats (1) ist eine Strahlung reflektierende Schicht (3) aufgebracht,sodass eine Absorption von Strahlung durch das Substrat und deren Umwandlung in Wärme vermieden ist.

The invention relates to a sensor element for determining the temperature and/or humidity and/or pressure and/or flow velocity of a mediums and/or a gas concentration, having a thermally conductive flat substrate (1), an element (2) sensitive to the at least one measurement variable being provided on one side surface thereof. Said side surface of the substrate (1) facing away from the element (2) sensitive to the at least one measurement variable is smoothed by pretreatment, and a layer (3) reflecting radiation is applied to the smoothed side surface of the substrate (1), so that absorption of radiation by the substrate and the conversion thereof to heat is prevented.

L'invention concerne un élément de détection pour déterminer la température et/ou l'humidité et/ou la pression et/ou la vitesse d'écoulement d'un fluide et/ou une concentration de gaz, comportant un substrat plat thermoconducteur (1) dont une face latérale comprend un élément (2) sensible à la ou aux grandeurs de mesure. La face latérale du substrat (1) opposée à l'élément (2) sensible à la ou aux grandeurs de mesure est lissée au moyen d'un pré-traitement et une couche (3) réfléchissant les rayonnements est appliquée sur la face latérale lissée du substrat (1) de manière à empêcher une absorption de rayonnement par le substrat et sa transformation en chaleur.
