Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Polyharnstoff-System, die Verwendung eines solchen PoIyharnstoff-Systems zum Verschließen, Verbinden, Verkleben oder Abdecken von Zellgewebe und ein Dosiersystem mit zwei Kammern für ein solches Polyharnstoff-System. Das Polyharnstoff- System umfasst als Komponenten: A) ein isocyanatfunktionelles Prepolymer, das durch Umsetzung von aliphatischen Isocyanaten mit Polyolen erhältlich ist, und B) einen aminofunktionellen Asparaginsäureester. Zu diesem System wird erfindungsgemäß Wasser und/oder tertiäres Amin zugesetzt, um die Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit des Prepolymers mit dem aminofunktionellen Asparaginsäureester zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die Aushärtungszeit zu vermindern.

The present invention relates to a polyurea system, the use of such a polyurea system for sealing, linking, gluing, or covering of cellular tissue, and a dosing system having two chambers for a polyurea system such as this. The polyurea system comprises as components: A) an isocyanate-functioning prepolymer, which can be derived by reacting aliphatic isocyanates with polyoles, and B) an amino-functioning ester of aspartic acid. According to the invention, water and/or tertiary amine is added to the system, in order to increase the reacting speed of the prepolymer with the amino-functioning ester of aspartic acid while decreasing the setting time at the same time.

La présente invention concerne un système de polyurée, l'utilisation d'un tel système de polyurée pour fermer, relier, coller ou couvrir des tissus cellulaires et un système de dosage à deux chambres pour un tel système de polyurée. Le système de polyurée comporte comme composants: A) un prépolymère à fonctionnalité isocyanate qui peut être obtenu par réaction d'isocyanates aliphatiques avec des polyols, et B) un ester d'acide aspartique à fonctionnalité amino. Selon l'invention, de l'eau et/ou une amine tertiaire est ajouté à ce système pour augmenter la vitesse de réaction du prépolymère avec l'ester d'acide aspartique à fonctionnalité amino et pour réduire en même temps le temps de durcissement.
