Abstract

An anti-coking process for producing oils from waste rubber or waste plastics is provided. Said process involves mixing the hot air exhausted in a cracking process with the high-temperature hot air to be sent to a cracker. The equipment for carrying out the process is also provided. Said equipment includes an air return pipe which is connected with a hot air exhaust outlet. Meanwhile, a decoking mechanism is provided for removing the coke on the surface of the inner wall of the cracker during the cracking process. The mechanism includes a scraping cutter which can match with the surface of the inner wall of the cracker with the help of a counter weight.

L'invention concerne un processus d'anti-cokage pour produire des huiles à partir de déchets de caoutchouc ou de plastique. Ledit processus implique un mélange d'air chaud évacué dans un processus de craquage, l'air chaud à envoyer à une unité de craquage étant à température élevée. L'invention concerne également l'équipement destiné à exécuter le processus, ce dernier comprenant un tuyau de renvoi d'air qui est connecté à une sortie d'évacuation d'air chaud. Simultanément, un mécanisme de décokage permet d'éliminer le coke de la surface de la paroi interne de l'unité de craquage pendant le processus de craquage. Ledit mécanisme comprend une lame de raclage qui correspond à la surface de la paroi interne de l'unité de craquage associée à un contrepoids.
