Process for purifying oil products, especially process for purifying pyrolysis oil and waste oil of waste rubber and waste plastic at ambient temperature and pressure, is provided. The process comprises adding a purifying agent containing water and flocculant, and a feed oil into an emulsifying tank; mixing the purifying agent and the feed oil and emulsifying the both; feeding the emulsified oil to a separating equipment to separate oil from non-oil material for obtaining purified oil products, wherein the purifying agent has a pH value of 4-10, and the flocculant is one selected from the group consisting of kaolin, active carbon, active earth, carbon black, iron-based flocculant and aluminum-based flocculant, or the mixture thereof. Compared with the existing method for purifying oil products by means of high temperature distillation and strong acid and base treatment, the process for purifying oil products can avoid the losses of oil products resulted from carbonizing and coking at high temperature, increase the yields and the security performances of purified oil products, and avoid environment pollution while decrease energy consumption.

L'invention concerne un processus de purification de produits huileux, en particulier un processus de purification d'huile de pyrolyse et d'huile de déchets de caoutchouc et de plastique à température et pression ambiantes. Le processus consiste à ajouter un agent de purification contenant de l'eau et un floculant, et une huile d'alimentation dans un réservoir d'émulsification ; mélanger l'agent de purification et l'huile d'alimentation et les émulsionner ; et alimenter un équipement de séparation en huile émulsionnée pour séparer l'huile d'un matériau non huileux afin d'obtenir des produits huileux purifiés, l'agent de purification présentant une valeur de pH comprise entre 4 et 10, et le floculant étant sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par le kaolin, le carbone actif, l'argile, le noir de charbon, un floculant à base de fer, un floculant à base d'aluminium ou un mélange de ceux-ci. Par rapport au procédé existant de purification de produits huileux par distillation à température élevée et traitement au moyen d'un acide fort et d'une base, le processus de purification de produits huileux permet d'éviter les pertes en produits huileux résultant de la carbonisation et de la cokéfaction à température élevée, d'augmenter les rendements et les performances de sécurité des produits huileux purifiés et d'éviter la pollution de l'environnement tout en limitant la consommation d'énergie.
