Methods and optical devices to conduct absorption and fluorescence measurements while minimizing stray light are described. Such methods and devices are applicable to multiple fluid chambers with multiple sources as an integrated optical element. Light sources can be embedded onto a chip or microarray with multiple chambers, or can be part of an instrument arrangement.

L'invention porte sur des procédés et sur des dispositifs optiques pour effectuer des mesures d'absorption et de fluorescence, tout en rendant minimale une lumière parasite. De tels procédés et de tels dispositifs sont applicables à de multiples chambres de fluide avec de multiples sources telles qu'un élément optique intégré.
