An improved hearing aid and method that employs a combination microphone/speaker, sized to have the microphone inserted within the concha bowl of the outer ear and the speaker is inserted within which the opening of the ear canal such that it does not obstruct the same for more natural hearing.

L'invention concerne un appareil auditif amélioré et un procédé qui utilise une combinaison microphone/haut-parleur, dimensionnée de manière à ce que le microphone soit inséré à l'intérieur de la conque de l'oreille externe et que le haut-parleur soit inséré à l'intérieur de l'ouverture du canal auriculaire de manière à ne pas obstruer celui-ci pour une audition plus naturelle.
