Provided is a transparent conductive film having a hard-coat layer that has sufficient hardness and excellent resistance to both abrasion and contamination. Also provided are a touch panel and an electronic device using the transparent conductive film. The transparent conductive film (10) includes a transparent film base (11), a transparent conductive thin film (12), and a hard-coat layer (13). The hard-coat layer (13) is formed from a hard-coat-forming composition that contains (A) a hardening compound that has an acrylate group and/or a methacrylate group, (B) a reactive fluorine compound, and (C) a reactive silicon compound.

La présente invention a trait à un film conducteur transparent doté d'une couche dure qui a une dureté suffisante et une excellente résistance à la fois à l'abrasion et à la contamination. La présente invention a également trait à un écran tactile et à un dispositif électronique utilisant le film conducteur transparent. Le film conducteur transparent (10) inclut une base de film transparent (11), une couche mince conductrice transparente (12) et une couche dure (13). La couche dure (13) est constituée d'une composition de formation de couche dure qui contient (A) un composé de durcissement qui est pourvu d'un groupe acrylate et/ou d'un groupe méthacrylate, (B) un composé fluoré réactif et (C) un composé de silicium réactif.
