Disclosed are a method for producing an optical sheet which has improved appearance, an optical sheet, and an image display device which comprises the optical sheet. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing an optical sheet that has a plurality of layers, at least one of said plurality of layers being an optical function sheet layer which has light-transmitting portions that are formed in parallel with each other along the surface of a base layer and capable of transmitting light therethrough, and light-absorbing portions that are arranged in parallel with each other between the light-transmitting portions and capable of absorbing light. The method for producing an optical sheet comprises a step of forming the light-transmitting portions on one surface of the base layer, and a step of forming the light-absorbing portions by filling the spaces between the light-transmitting portions with a binder that is composed of a resin, in which light-absorbing particles are dispersed, and curing the resin in the spaces. The step of forming the light-absorbing portions is carried out a plurality of times, and at least the final time has a lower concentration of the light-absorbing particles contained in the binder than the first time. Also specifically disclosed are an optical sheet produced by the method, and an image display device comprising the optical sheet.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une feuille optique qui a un aspect amélioré, sur une feuille optique et sur un dispositif d'affichage d'image qui comprend la feuille optique. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une feuille optique qui a une pluralité de couches, au moins l'une de ladite pluralité de couches étant une couche en feuille à fonction optique qui a des parties de transmission de la lumière, lesquelles sont formées en parallèle les unes aux autres le long de la surface d'une couche de base et sont capables de transmettre la lumière à travers celles-ci, et des parties d'absorption de la lumière qui sont agencées en parallèle les unes aux autres, entre les parties de transmission de la lumière, et sont capables d'absorber la lumière. Le procédé de production d'une feuille optique comprend une étape de formation des parties de transmission de la lumière sur une surface de la couche de base, et une étape de formation des parties d'absorption de la lumière par remplissage des espaces entre les parties de transmission de la lumière, par un liant qui est composé d'une résine, dans laquelle des particules d'absorption de la lumière sont dispersées, et durcissement de la résine dans l'espace.
