Disclosed is an air filter material which uses a multilayer electret nonwoven fabric that is obtained by arranging one or more layers of a nonwoven fabric (a nonwoven fabric B) which is formed from fibers having an average fiber diameter of 10-100 μm on at least one surface of a nonwoven fabric (a nonwoven fabric A) which is obtained by mixing two kinds of fibers that have an average fiber diameter of 0.1-15 μm and different melting points (hereinafter the fibers having the lower melting point are referred to as the fibers D and the fibers having the higher melting point are referred to as the fibers E), and subjecting the resulting multilayer nonwoven fabric to electret processing. In this connection, the average fiber diameter of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric B is larger than the average fiber diameter of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric A. The multilayer electret filter material has a low pressure loss and a high collection efficiency. The filter material is suitable for applications as masks for medical use, masks for industrial use, masks for general use, and the like.

La présente invention concerne un matériau pour filtre à air faisant appel à un non-tissé multicouche de type électret obtenu en disposant une ou plusieurs couches d'un non-tissé (non-tissé B), constitué de fibres présentant un diamètre moyen des fibres égal à 10 à 100 µm, sur au moins une surface d'un non-tissé (non-tissé A), obtenu en mélangeant deux types de fibres présentant un diamètre moyen des fibres égal à 0,1 à 15 µm et des points de fusion différents (dans la suite des présentes, les fibres présentant le point de fusion le plus bas sont désignées comme les fibres D et les fibres présentant le point de fusion le plus haut sont désignées comme les fibres E), puis en soumettant ledit non-tissé multicouche résultant à un traitement capable de donner un électret. Le diamètre moyen des fibres constituant le non-tissé B est supérieur au diamètre moyen des fibres constituant le non-tissé A. Ce matériau pour filtre multicouche de type électret est caractérisé par une faible perte de pression et par une grande efficacité de capture. Il peut être utilisé dans des applications telles que des masques à usage médical, des masques à usage industriel, des masques à usage général et équivalent.

 本発明は、平均繊維径0.1~15μmである2種類の融点の異なる繊維(融点の低い繊維を繊維D、融点の高い繊維を繊維Eとする)を混繊して得られる不織布(不織布Aと称する)の少なくとも片面に、平均繊維径が10μm~100μmであり、かつ不織布Aを構成する繊維の平均繊維径よりも大きい平均繊維径の繊維からなる不織布(不織布Bと称する)を不織布Aの少なくとも片面に1層又は複数層積層し、エレクトレット加工を施した積層エレクトレット不織布を用いた、エアーフィルター材であり、圧力損失が低く、捕集効率の高い積層エレクトレットフィルター材を提供する。本発明のフィルター材は、医療用マスクや産業用マスク、一般用マスク等に好適に用いられる。
