The present invention is directed to prevention of erroneous identification of ACK/NACK from occurring even in a case where the overlook of a control channel has occurred. In a data allocation control channel A-MAP for downlink control signals, an HFA is transmitted which designates an uplink HFBCH resource to be used for causing an ACK/NACK to be fed back. Consecutively even-numbered and odd-numbered resources are notified as the HFA, thereby designating 2-bit FB to send back the ACK/NACK related to two pieces of data. A particular area for 2-bit FB is provided in this HFA, and when 2-bit FB is to be used, a control signal using the HFA having the particular area for 2-bit FB is generated and transmitted, thereby allowing the reception overlook of an A-MAP to be determined. On the receiving side, when the HFA having the particular area is received and the reception overlook of the A-MAP is determined, a NACK is sent back for the data that cannot be received.

La présente invention se rapporte à la possibilité de prévenir la survenue d'une identification erronée d'ACK/NACK dans un cas de surexploitation d'un canal de contrôle. Dans un canal de contrôle d'allocation de données A-MAP pour des signaux de commande sur la liaison descendante, un HFA est transmis, le HFA désignant une ressource HFBCH sur la liaison montante à utiliser pour amener le renvoi en rétroaction d'un ACK/NACK. Des ressources consécutives numérotées paires et numérotées impaires sont notifiées au HFA, désignant ainsi un FB de 2 bits pour renvoyer l'ACK/NACK relatif à deux unités de données. Une zone particulière pour un FB de 2 bits est fournie dans ce HFA et, quand le FB de 2 bits doit être utilisé, un signal de commande utilisant le HFA ayant la zone particulière pour un FB de 2 bits est généré et transmis, ce qui permet ainsi de déterminer la surexploitation en réception d'un canal A-MAP. Sur le côté de réception, lorsque le HFA ayant la zone particulière est reçu et que la surexploitation en réception du canal A-MAP est déterminée, un NACK est renvoyé pour les données qui n'ont pas pu être reçues.
