Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungsverfahren zum Verpacken von als Pipettenspitzen oder medizinische Reaktionsgefäße ausgebildeten Kunststoffspritzgussteilen (9) umfassend die Schritte: • gleichzeitige Entnahme von K Kunststoffspritzgussteilen (9) aus K Kavitäten (3), und • Ablage der Kunststoffspritzgussteile (9) in einem Zwischenspeicher (5), und • Beladen von V Verpackungseinheiten (8) jeweils mit A Kunststoffspritzgussteilen (9) aus dem Zwischenspeicher (5). Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass als Zwischenspeicher (5) ein Zwischenspeicher (5) mit einer Vielzahl von in einer Ablageebene (7) nebeneinander angeordneten Ablagepositionen (6) eingesetzt wird, und dass die die K Kunststoffspritzgussteile (9) gleichmäßig auf U Untergruppen (11) verteilt in dem Zwischenspeicher (5) abgelegt werden, und dass solange K Kunststoffspritzgussteile (9) aus den K Kavitäten (3) entnommen und gleichmäßig auf die U Untergruppen (11) verteilt werden, bis jede Untergruppe (11) L Kunststoffspritzgussteile (9) aufweist, wobei die Anzahl L der Kunststoffspritzgussteile (9) einer Untergruppe (11) der Anzahl A von in eine Verpackungseinheit (8) zu ladenden Kunststoffspritzgussteilen (9) oder einem ganzzahligen Teiler von A entspricht. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Verpackungsvorrichtung. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Spritzgussanlage mit einer derartigen Verpackungsvorrichtung.
