The present invention is a new composition of matter i.e. high dielectric permittivity La0.4Ba0.6Mn0.4Ti0.6O3 ceramic and can be used as components of a capacitor. The dielectric properties possess in this material has improved tremendously as compared to the existing dielectric component. The finding of high dielectric permittivity in the present invention ceramic according to its formulation and processing technique that can operate or use at wide range frequencies and temperatures are very useful in electronic and electrical devices. The present invention is best for applications at the range of temperatures. The permittivity is recorded at 1 kHz are between -20,000 to -54,000 and almost constant over three decade of frequency. Thus, the dielectric permittivity obtained can be used as energy storage, sensor, electric filter, etc., besides minimizing the devices size.

La présente invention porte sur une nouvelle composition de matière, à savoir une céramique La0.4Ba0.6Mn0.4Ti0.6O3 à permittivité diélectrique élevée, et peut être utilisée comme composants d'un condensateur. Les propriétés diélectriques possédées par ce matériau ont été formidablement améliorées par comparaison au composant diélectrique existant. La découverte d'une permittivité diélectrique élevée dans la céramique de la présente invention conformément à sa formulation et sa technique de traitement qui peuvent fonctionner ou être utilisées dans une large plage de fréquences et de températures sont très utiles dans des dispositifs électroniques et électriques. La présente invention convient le mieux pour des applications dans la plage de températures. La permittivité enregistrée à 1 kHz est comprise entre -20.000 et -54.000 et presque constante sur trois décades de fréquence. La permittivité diélectrique obtenue permet donc une utilisation en tant que dispositif de stockage d'énergie, capteur, filtre électrique, etc., en plus de minimiser la taille des dispositifs.
