Disclosed are a method for managing a pollution-prevention facility and a system thereof. The system for managing a pollution-prevention facility includes: one pollution measuring device for measuring pollutants from a pollutant discharge source before treatment of the pollution-prevention facility; a second pollution measuring device for measuring pollutants of the pollutant discharge source after the treatment of the pollution-prevention facility; and a management server for monitoring the state of the pollution-prevention facility according to the values measured by the first pollution measuring device and the second pollution measuring device, to inform a user of the monitored results. The method for managing a pollution-prevention facility comprises: a first measuring step for measuring pollutants from a pollutant discharge source before the treatment of the pollution-prevention facility; a second measuring step for measuring the amount of pollutants from the pollutant discharge source after the treatment of the pollution-prevention facility; and a managing step for calculating the difference between the amount of pollutants measured in the first measuring step and the second measuring step to provide a period for removing substances accumulated in the pollution-prevention facility. Therefore, a manager may easily confirm from a remote location whether the pollution-prevention facility is operating normally and whether the substances accumulated in the pollution-preventing facility should be removed.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de gérer une installation pollution-prévention et un système associé. Le système de gestion d'une installation pollution-prévention comporte: un dispositif de mesure de pollution pour mesurer des polluants à partir d'une source d'évacuation de polluants avant traitement de l'installation pollution-prévention; un second dispositif de mesure de pollution pour mesurer des polluants d'une source d'évacuation de polluants après traitement de l'installation pollution-prévention; et un serveur de gestion pour surveiller l'état de l'installation pollution-prévention selon les valeurs mesurées par le premier dispositif de mesure de pollution et le second dispositif de mesure de pollution de façon à informer l'utilisateur du résultat de la surveillance. Le procédé de gestion d'une installation pollution-prévention consiste : dans une première étape, à mesurer les polluants d'une source d'évacuation de polluants avant traitement de l'installation pollution-prévention; dans une deuxième étape, à mesurer la quantité de polluants à partir de la source d'évacuation de polluants après traitement de l'installation pollution-prévention; et à calculer la différence entre la quantité de polluants mesurée lors de la première étape de mesure et de la deuxième étape de mesure de façon à gérer une période d'échange de substances remplies dans l'installation pollution-prévention. En conséquence, un gestionnaire peut aisément confirmer à partir d'un emplacement distant si l'installation pollution-prévention est ou non en fonctionnement normal et si les substances remplies dans l'installation pollution-prévention devaient ou non être échangées.

방지시설 관리시스템 및 관리방법이 개시된다. 방지시설 관리시스템은 오염 배출원의 방지 시설 처리 전 오염 물질을 측정하는 제 1 오염 측정장치; 상기 오염 배출원의 상기 방지 시설 처리 후 오염 물질을 측정하는 제 2 오염 측정장치; 및 상기 제 1 오염 측정장치 및 상기 제 2 오염 측정장치에서 측정된 값을 이용하여 상기 방지시설의 상태를 모니터링하여, 사용자에게 알려주는 관리 서버;를 포함하며, 관리방법은 오염 배출원의 방지 시설처리 전 오염 물질을 측정하는 제 1 측정단계; 상기 오염 배출원의 상기 방지 시설처리 후 오염 물질의 양을 측정하는 제 2 측정단계; 및 상기 제 1 측정단계 및 상기 제 2 측정단계에서 측정된 오염 물질의 양의 차이를 산출하여, 방지시설의 내부 충전물질의 교체주기를 관리하는 단계;를 포함한다. 따라서, 관리자가 원격에서 방지시설이 제대로 작동하고 있는지 여부와, 방지시설의 충진물질의 교체 여부를 쉽게 알 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
