Disclosed are a polylactic acid resin which has a high molecular weight and high heat resistance, and also has an amide bond in a molecular chain, a method for producing the same, and use thereof. Specifically disclosed is a polylactic acid resin (I) containing a constituent unit represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R is a polyisocyanate residue and represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alicyclic structure-containing hydrocarbon group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, or an aromatic ring-containing hydrocarbon group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms. The polylactic acid resin (I) is obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound with a mixture containing at least poly(L-lactic acid) in which the percentage of the terminal functional group which is a carboxyl group exceeds 50% and poly(D-lactic acid) in which the percentage of the terminal functional group which is a carboxyl group exceeds 50%.

La présente invention a pour objet une résine d'acide polylactique qui possède un poids moléculaire élevé et une résistance thermique élevée, et possède également une liaison amide dans une chaîne moléculaire, son procédé de production, et son utilisation. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement une résine d'acide polylactique (I) contenant une unité constitutive représentée par la formule (1). Dans la formule (1), R est un résidu polyisocyanate et représente un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique ayant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, un groupe hydrocarbure contenant une structure alicyclique ayant de 3 à 20 atomes de carbone, ou un groupe hydrocarbure contenant un cycle aromatique ayant de 6 à 20 atomes de carbone. La résine d'acide polylactique (I) est obtenue par la réaction d'un composé polyisocyanate avec un mélange contenant au moins un poly (acide L-lactique) dans lequel le pourcentage du groupe fonctionnel terminal qui est un groupe carboxyle excède 50 % et un poly (acide D-lactique) dans lequel le pourcentage du groupe fonctionnel terminal qui est un groupe carboxyle excède 50 %.
