A method for purifying an antibody monomer, which comprises permeating an antibody solution containing dimeric or higher antibody aggregates through a porous membrane to cause the adsorption of the antibody aggregates onto the porous membrane to purify the antibody monomer in the permeated solution and collecting the antibody monomer, wherein the porous membrane comprises a hydrophobic porous base material and side chains immobilized on the surfaces of pores in the porous base material, and wherein the side chains comprise a hydrophilic molecule chain composed of a different material from the porous base material and a molecule chain containing a nitrogen atom to which 1 to 3 alkyl groups each having 2 or 3 carbon atoms are bound.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de purification d'un anticorps monomère, qui comprend l'opération consistant à faire passer une solution d'anticorps contenant des agrégats d'anticorps dimères ou d'ordre supérieur par perméation à travers une membrane poreuse pour provoquer l'adsorption des agrégats d'anticorps sur la membrane poreuse afin de purifier l'anticorps monomère dans la solution ayant subi la perméation et à recueillir l'anticorps monomère. La membrane poreuse comprend une matière de base poreuse hydrophobe et des chaînes latérales immobilisées sur les surfaces des pores dans la matière de base poreuse, et les chaînes latérales comprennent une chaîne de molécule hydrophile composée d'une matière différente de la matière de base poreuse et une chaîne de molécule contenant un atome d'azote auquel 1 à 3 groupes alkyle ayant chacun 2 à 3 atomes de carbone sont liés.

 疎水性多孔質基材と、多孔質基材の細孔表面に固定された、多孔質基材と異なる材質の親水性を有する分子鎖と、炭素原子数が2又は3のアルキル基が1乃至3個結合している窒素原子を含む分子鎖の側鎖と、備える多孔膜を用いて、2量体以上の抗体凝集体を含む抗体溶液を多孔膜に透過させ、抗体凝集体を多孔膜に吸着させる事により、透過液中に精製された抗体モノマーを回収する、抗体モノマーの精製方法。
