In a wet type solar battery module (1), two or more photoelectric conversion elements (30) are arranged with a separation and are gripped between a first insulating substrate (10) and a second insulating substrate (20). In the photoelectric conversion elements (30), a first electrode (11), a photoelectric conversion section (40) and a second electrode (21) are successively laminated on the first insulating substrate (10), in this order. Either of the first electrode (11) and the second electrode (21) contained in the photoelectric conversion elements (30) has a through-passage section (50). An inter-cell insulating section (15) is provided passing through the through-passage section (50), between the photoelectric conversion sections (40) of two adjacent photoelectric conversion elements (30). A carrier transport section (8) is provided in the space enclosed by the first insulating substrate (10), second insulating substrate (20) and inter-cell insulating section (15).

L'invention porte sur un module de batterie solaire du type humide (1) dans lequel deux éléments de conversion photoélectrique (30) ou plus sont agencés avec une séparation et sont serrés entre un premier substrat isolant (10) et un second substrat isolant (20). Dans les éléments de conversion photoélectrique (30), une première électrode (11), une section de conversion photoélectrique (40) et une seconde électrode (21) sont successivement stratifiées sur le premier substrat isolant (10) dans cet ordre. L'une ou l'autre de la première électrode (11) et de la seconde électrode (21) contenues dans les éléments de conversion photoélectrique (30) comporte une section de passage traversant (50). Une section d'isolation entre cellules (15) est placée, en passant dans la section de passage traversant (50), entre les sections de conversion photoélectrique (40) de deux éléments de conversion photoélectrique (30) adjacents. Une section de transport de porteurs (8) est installée dans l'espace entouré par le premier substrat isolant (10), le second substrat isolant (20) et la section d'isolation entre cellules (15).
