An object is to obtain a molding die for injection molding by which decoration of a front surface of a metallic material and formation of a resin portion on a rear surface can be easily performed, and a method for producing a composite product. A molding die for injection molding which can be used for producing a composite product wherein a resin portion (30) is formed on the rear surface of a metal body (20), and at the same time as the formation of the resin portion (30), the front surface of the metal body (20) is decorated by a decoration sheet (F). The molding die is provided with a first die (1) having a first cavity surface on which the metal body (20) is arranged, a second die (2) having a second cavity surface which is shaped to correspond to the front surface of the metal body (20) to define a cavity corresponding to the resin portion (30) between the metal body (20) and the first cavity surface by being clamped with the first die (1), and a gate (4) formed in the first cavity surface so as to be opposed to the rear surface of the metal body (20) for injecting a molten resin to the cavity (V).

L'invention vise à obtenir une matrice de moulage pour moulage par injection par laquelle une décoration d'une surface avant d'un matériau métallique et une formation d'une partie en résine sur une surface arrière peuvent être facilement réalisées, et sur un procédé pour produire un produit composite. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur une matrice de moulage pour moulage par injection, laquelle matrice peut être utilisée pour produire un produit composite, et dans laquelle une partie en résine (30) est formée sur la surface arrière d'un corps métallique (20), et, en même temps que la formation de la partie en résine (30), la surface avant du corps métallique (20) est décorée par une feuille de décoration (F). La matrice de moulage comporte une première matrice (1) ayant une première surface en cavité sur laquelle est disposé le corps métallique (20), une seconde matrice (2) ayant une seconde surface en cavité qui est conformée de façon à correspondre à la surface avant du corps métallique (20) afin de définir une cavité correspondant à la partie en résine (30) entre le corps métallique (20) et la première surface en cavité du fait qu'elle est serrée avec la première matrice, et un canal de coulée (4) formé dans la première surface en cavité de façon à être opposé à la surface arrière du corps métallique (20) afin d'injecter une résine fondue dans la cavité (V).

 金属製材料の表面の加飾と裏面の樹脂部の成形を簡易に行うことができる射出成形用金型及び複合品の製造方法を得ることを目的としている。 金属体20の裏面に樹脂部30が成形され、その樹脂部30の成形と同時に金属体20の表面が加飾シートFにより加飾された複合品の製造に用いることができる射出成形用金型であって、金属体20が配置される第1キャビティ面が形成された第1型1と、金属体20の表面に沿った形状を有する第2キャビティ面が形成され、第1型1との型締めによって金属体20と第1キャビティ面との間に樹脂部30に対応したキャビティを形成する第2型2と、金属体20の裏面に対向するように第1キャビティ面に形成された、キャビティVに溶融樹脂を射出するゲート4とを備えた。
