Provided is a radiological image pickup apparatus capable of obtaining more suitable radiological images by reducing the influence of noise generated at a current detecting means which detects current carried by applying radiation. The radiological image pickup apparatus (1) includes a plurality of radiation detection elements (7) two-dimensionally arranged in each region (r) defined by a scanning line (5) and a signal line (6), a switch means (8) the state of which is switched between on and off states depending on voltage applied to the connected scanning line (5), a scan drive means (15) having a gate driver (15b) that applies on voltage and off voltage to the switch means (8) through the scanning line (5) and a power supply circuit (15a) that supplies on voltage and off voltage to the gate driver (15b), a current detecting means (41) for detecting current carried between the power supply circuit (15a) and the gate driver (15b) or current carried through the scanning line (5), and a control means (23) for detecting at least the start of applying radiation on the basis of the value of the current detected by the current detecting means (41).

L'invention concerne un appareil de capture d'images radiologiques capable d'obtenir des images radiologiques plus appropriées en réduisant l'influence du bruit généré au niveau d'un moyen de détection de courant détectant le courant obtenu par l'application du rayonnement. L'appareil de capture d'images radiologiques (1) comprend une pluralité d'éléments de détection du rayonnement (7) disposés selon deux dimensions dans chaque région (r) définie par une ligne de balayage (5) et une ligne de signal (6), un moyen de commutation (8) dont l'état est commuté entre des états de marche et d'arrêt en fonction de la tension appliquée à la ligne de balayage connectée (5), un moyen de commande de balayage (15) comprenant un amplificateur d'attaque de grille (15b) appliquant une tension de marche et une tension d'arrêt au moyen de commutation (8) à l'aide de la ligne de balayage (5) et un circuit d'alimentation électrique (15a) délivrant la tension de marche et la tension d'arrêt à l'amplificateur d'attaque de grille (15b), un moyen de détection de courant (41), destiné à détecter le courant circulant entre le circuit d'alimentation électrique (15a) et l'amplificateur d'attaque de grille (15b) ou le courant passant par la ligne de balayage (5), et un moyen de commande (23) destiné à détecter au moins le début de l'application du rayonnement, en fonction de la valeur du courant détecté par le moyen de détection de courant (41).
