Disclosed is a unidirectional clutch that can have improved silence and durability, and can decrease backlash without increasing the number of parts. A planet gear member (4), which has a planet gear (4a) that meshes with the inner gear (2b) of an outer member (2), is provided with locking teeth (4b), which are provided coaxially and integrally to the planet gear with a flange (4c) therebetween. An inner member (3) is provided with U-shaped walls (3b), which accept the locking teeth (4b), and the U-shaped walls are provided with an engager (5), which can engage a subset of the locking teeth. As a locked state is attained by means of the locking teeth, even if there is a restriction on the number of teeth on the planet gear, it is possible to set the pitch of the locking teeth to be as fine as desired, narrowing the gap before a locked state is reached during the rotation of the planet member, and thus reducing the backlash in the unidirectional clutch without increasing the number of parts.

L'invention porte sur un embrayage unidirectionnel qui peut avoir un silence amélioré et une durabilité améliorée, et qui peut diminuer un jeu d'engrènement sans augmenter le nombre de pièces. Un élément d'engrenage planétaire (4), qui a un engrenage planétaire (4a) qui s'engrène avec l'engrenage interne (2b) d'un élément externe (2), comporte des dents de verrouillage (4b), qui sont disposées coaxialement et d'un seul tenant avec l'engrenage planétaire avec une bride (4c) entre celles-ci. Un élément interne (3) comporte des parois en forme de U (3b), qui reçoivent les dents de verrouillage (4b), et les parois en forme de U comportent un dispositif de prise (5), qui peut venir en prise avec un sous-ensemble des dents de verrouillage. Lorsque l'état verrouillé est obtenu au moyen des dents de verrouillage, même s'il y a une limitation du nombre de dents sur l'engrenage planétaire, il est possible d'établir le pas des dents de verrouillage de façon à ce qu'il soit aussi fin que souhaité, en rendant étroit l'espace avant qu'un état verrouillé ne soit obtenu lors de la rotation de l'élément planétaire, et en réduisant ainsi le jeu d'engrènement dans l'engrenage unidirectionnel sans augmenter le nombre de pièces.

【課題】一方向クラッチにおいて、部品点数を増大させることなく、バックラッシュを小さくすると共に静粛性や耐久性を向上し得る。 【解決手段】アウタ部材2の内歯車2bに噛合する遊星歯車4aを有する遊星歯車部材4に、遊星歯車に対して同軸かつ一体にフランジ4cを介してロック歯4bを設ける。インナ部材3に、ロック歯4bを受容するU字状壁部3bを設け、U字状壁部にロック歯の一部の歯が係合し得る係合部5を設ける。ロック歯によりロック状態を実現することから、遊星歯車が歯数に制約を受けても、ロック歯の歯数(ピッチ)を任意に細かく設定することができ、遊星歯車部材の回転に伴うロック状態の間隔が細かくなり、部品点数が増加することなく、一方向クラッチにおけるバックラッシュを低減できる。
