Disclosed is a transmitting circuit wherein modulation distortion can be suppressed even when the output power of a power amplifying unit (141) is small. A signal generating unit (11) generates amplitude signals and phase signals. A regulator (12) outputs a current corresponding to the amplitude signals. A phase modulating unit (13) phase-modulates the phase signals and outputs phase modulation signals. A power amplifying unit (141) is supplied with the current corresponding to the amplitude signals from the regulator (12) as a bias current and amplifies the phase modulation signals using the supplied current. Furthermore, the power amplifying unit (141) is supplied with a predetermined direct current voltage as a collector voltage.

L'invention concerne un circuit émetteur dont il est possible de supprimer la distorsion de modulation en dépit de la faible puissance de sortie d'un module amplificateur de puissance (141) associé. Un module générateur de signaux (11) génère des signaux d'amplitude et des signaux de phase. Un régulateur (12) produit un courant correspondant aux signaux d'amplitude. Un module modulateur de phase (13) module en phase les signaux de phase et produit des signaux modulés en phase. Un module amplificateur de puissance (141) reçoit un courant correspondant aux signaux d'amplitude provenant du régulateur (12) sous forme de courant de polarisation et amplifie les signaux modulés en phase en utilisant le courant reçu. Le module amplificateur de puissance (141) reçoit en outre une tension continue prédéfinie sous forme de tension de collecteur.

 電力増幅部141の出力パワーが小さいときにも、変調歪みを抑えることが可能な送信回路を提供する。信号生成部11は、振幅信号と位相信号とを生成する。レギュレータ12は、振幅信号に応じた電流を出力する。位相変調部13は、位相信号を位相変調し、位相変調信号を出力する。電力増幅部141は、レギュレータ12から振幅信号に応じた電流がバイアス電流として供給され、当該供給された電流を用いて、位相変調信号を増幅する。また、電力増幅部141には、所定の直流電圧がコレクタ電圧として供給される。
