A turning tool is attached to the mill spindle of a composite working lathe to improve the working efficiency. The composite working lathe (1) comprises a first headstock (20) disposed on a bed (10).  The chuck (24) of a spindle head (22) holds a work (K1) and rotates.  A tool headstock (100) installed on a carriage (50) is linearly moved in the X-, Y-, and Z-directions, and rotated about a B-axis.  The tool headstock (100) drives a mill tool (110), and comprises a comb-shaped cutting tool rest (150) having cutting tools attached to the opposite side of the housing, whereby cutting operation can be performed by indexing the tools in a short time.

L'invention porte sur un outil rotatif qui est fixé à la tige de fraisage d'un tour de travail composite pour améliorer l'efficacité d'usinage. Le tour d'usinage composite (1) comprend un premier chariot porte-broche (20) disposé sur un lit (10). Le mandrin (24) d'une tête de tige (22) maintient une pièce à travailler (K1) et est en rotation. Un chariot porte-outil (100) installé sur un chariot (50) est déplacé de manière linéaire dans les directions X, Y et Z et est en rotation autour d'un axe B. Le chariot porte-outil (100) entraîne un outil de fraisage (110), et comprend un appui d'outil de coupe en forme de peigne (150) ayant des outils de coupe fixés au côté opposé du boîtier, de façon à ce qu'une opération de coupe puisse être effectuée par indexation des outils en un temps court.

 複合加工旋盤のミル主軸に旋削工具を備えて加工効率の向上を図る。 複合加工旋盤1は、ベッド10上に配置される第1主軸台20を有し、主軸ヘッド22のチャック24は加工物Kを把持して回転する。キャレッジ50に装備された工具主軸台100はX軸、Y軸、Z軸方向に直線移動するとともにB軸まわりに旋回動する。工具主軸台100はミル工具110を駆動するとともに、ハウジングの反対側に旋削工具を櫛状にとりつけた櫛形刃物台150を備え、短時間の工具割り出しで旋削加工を実行する。
