A wave generator (4) of a wave gear device (1) is equipped with a rigid cam plate (5) and a wave bearing (7). The wave bearing (7) comprises an oval orbit plane (5b) formed on the oval outer peripheral surface (5a) of the rigid cam plate (5), a flexible bearing ring (8) equipped with a circular orbital surface (8a), and multiple balls (10) inserted in the orbit (9) formed between oval orbit surface (5b) and circular orbital surface (8a). A ball insertion hole (11) is formed at the outer perimeter edge of the rigid cam plate (5) at a region above the minor axis Lmin of the oval where there is substantially no load; from here, the balls (10) are inserted into the orbit (9), after which the hole is closed by means of a plug (12). It is easy to insert the balls (10) through the ball insertion hole (11), and the service life of the bearing is not reduced by the formation of the ball insertion hole (11).

L'invention concerne un générateur d'ondes (4) d'un dispositif d'engrenage à ondes (1), qui est équipé d'une came disque rigide (5) et d'un palier à ondes (7). Le palier à ondes (7) comprend un plan orbital ovale (5b) formé sur la surface périphérique extérieure ovale (5a) de la came disque rigide (5), une bague de roulement flexible (8) équipée d'une surface orbitale circulaire (8a) et de multiples billes (10) insérées dans l'orbite (9) formée entre la surface orbitale ovale (5b) et la surface orbitale circulaire (8a). Un orifice d'insertion de bille (11) est formé sur le bord périmétrique extérieur de la came disque rigide (5) dans une région située au-dessus du petit axe Lmin de l'ovale où il n'y a sensiblement aucune charge ; de là, les billes (10) sont insérées dans l'orbite (9), puis l'orifice est fermé au moyen d'un bouchon (12). Il est facile d'insérer les billes (10) dans l'orifice d'insertion de bille (11), et la durée de vie du palier n'est pas réduite par la formation de l'orifice d'insertion de bille (11).

 波動歯車装置(1)の波動発生器(4)は、剛性カム板(5)とウエーブベアリング(7)を備えている。ウエーブベアリング(7)は剛性カム板(5)の楕円形外周面(5a)に形成した楕円形軌道面(5b)と、円形軌道面(8a)を備えた可撓性軌道輪(8)と、楕円形軌道面(5b)および円形軌道面(8a)の間に形成される軌道(9)に挿入した複数個のボール(10)を有している。剛性カム板(5)の端面外周縁部分には、負荷が実質的に作用しない楕円の短軸Lmin上の部位にボール挿入孔(11)が形成されており、ここからボール(10)が軌道(9)に挿入され、ボール挿入後にプラグ(12)によって封鎖される。ボール挿入孔(11)を介してボール(10)の挿入作業が簡単になり、ボール挿入孔(11)を形成したことによりベアリング寿命が低下することもない。
