In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus comprises a display slidably coupled with a housing having a front face, the display being slidable across the front face of the housing, the display having at least three positions with respect to the housing, the display having a middle position with respect to the housing, the display exposing a first user interface element coupled with the housing on a first side of the display on the front face and a second user interface element coupled with the housing on second side of the display on the front face when the display is in the middle position.

Selon un mode de réalisation à titre d'exemple de l'invention, un appareil comprend un dispositif d'affichage couplé de manière coulissante à un boîtier ayant une face avant, le dispositif d'affichage étant apte à coulisser sur la face avant du boîtier, le dispositif d'affichage ayant au moins trois positions par rapport au boîtier, le dispositif d'affichage ayant une position médiane par rapport au boîtier, le dispositif d'affichage exposant un premier élément d'interface utilisateur couplé au boîtier sur un premier côté du dispositif d'affichage sur la face avant et un second élément d'interface utilisateur couplé au boîtier sur un second côté du dispositif d'affichage sur la face avant lorsque le dispositif d'affichage est dans la position médiane.
