(FR) EQUIVALENT TISSULAIRE NON RETRACTE, EQUIVALENT DE PEAU COMPORTANT UN TEL EQUIVALENT TISSULAIRE NON RETRACTE ET PROCEDES POUR LA REALISATION D'UN TEL EQUIVALENT TISSULAIRE NON RETRACTE ET D'UN TEL EQUIVALENT DE PEAU
Abstract
(EN)
The invention relates to a method for producing an unshrunken tissue equivalent (L). Said method is characterized in that: a mixture (m) is produced that contains at least one element of an extracellular matrix; at least one pluridimensional medium (S) is soaked with said mixture (m); from the components of the mixture (m), a lattice (L) comprising at least one element of an extracellular matrix is produced, at least at the medium (S); at least part of the components of said mixture (m) is attached to the structure of the medium (S); the shrinking of at least the lattice (L) is prevented and at least said lattice (L) is tensioned on said medium (S); fibroblasts are integrated into the lattice (L) and at least one cell culture of said fibroblasts is carried out, at least in the lattice (L). The invention also relates to a method for producing a skin equivalent (P) that comprises at least one dermal equivalent (D) formed by an unshrunken tissue equivalent (L) and at least one epidermal equivalent (E).
(FR)
