An apparatus (100) comprising a first display (2) configured to be able to display user content and to have an active display state in which said user content can be stably displayed via active powering of the display, and a second display (3) configured to be able to display user content and to have a passive display state in which said user content can be stably displayed without active powering of the display. The apparatus (100) is configured such that the first display (2) is positioned to at least partially overlie and cover the second display (3) to provide a covered region of the second display (3). The apparatus (100) is also configured such that the content on the second display (3) in the covered region can be viewed through the first display (2).

L'invention concerne un appareil (100) comprenant un premier afficheur (2), configuré pour être capable d'afficher un contenu d'utilisateur et pour avoir un état d'affichage actif dans lequel ledit contenu d'utilisateur peut être affiché de manière stable par l'alimentation active de l'afficheur, et un second afficheur (3), configuré pour être capable d'afficher un contenu d'utilisateur et pour avoir un état d'affichage passif dans lequel ledit contenu d'utilisateur peut être affiché de manière stable sans l'alimentation active de l'afficheur. L'appareil (100) est configuré de sorte que le premier afficheur (2) soit positionné pour se superposer et couvrir au moins partiellement le second afficheur (3) pour obtenir une région couverte du second afficheur (3). L'appareil (100) est également configuré de sorte que le contenu sur le second afficheur (3) dans la région couverte puisse être vu à travers le premier afficheur (2).
