Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Keramikkörpers eines Abgaskatalysators mit Abgas führenden Kanälen, gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte: - Herstellen einer Preform aus Cellulosefasern enthaltendem und bei der Herstellung mit zumindest einem Füllstoff mit einem Gewichtsanteil x beladenem Papier, - Pyrolisieren der Papierpreform, - wobei der Gewichtsanteil x des Füllstoffs derart gewählt wird, dass bei der Pyrolyse eine Volumenschrumpfung der Preform weitgehend unterbleibt.

The invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic body of an exhaust gas catalyst comprising exhaust gas-conducting channels, characterized by the following method steps: - producing a preform from paper that contains cellulose fibers and that is charged with at least one filler having a weight proportion x during production, - pyrolizing the paper preform, - wherein the weight proportion x of the filler is selected such that the pyrolysis largely takes place without a volume shrinkage of the preform.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un corps céramique d'un catalyseur de gaz d'échappement comportant des canaux dirigeant les gaz d'échappement. Le procédé est caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : - préparation d'une préforme en papier contenant des fibres de cellulose et chargé lors de la préparation, d'au moins une charge à fraction pondérale x, - pyrolyse de la préforme en papier, la fraction pondérale x de la charge étant choisie de telle sorte que lors de la pyrolyse, le retrait volumique de la préforme ne se produit sensiblement pas.
