Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klappenstent, der aus einer Mehrzahl von koaxial hintereinander angeordneten Kronenelementen besteht, die jeweils aus mehreren U-förmigen Bögen mit mindestens einer Basis und 2 Enden gebildet sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Basen eines Kronenelementes über Verbindungsstege mit den Enden eines Kronenelementes verbunden. Zur Herstellung dieses Klappenstents wird eine 3D-Tröpfchendosiertechnik zur Ausbildung einer dünnwandigen Sandwichstruktur verwendet. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine zur Applizierung eines Stents geeignete Vorrichtung mit Positionierdrähten, die an ihren Enden Klemmen besitzen, die mit den Fixierhaken der Enden der Kronenelemente kraftschlüssig verbindbar sind.

The invention relates to a flap stent which consists of a plurality of crown elements that are coaxially arranged one after the other and that are constituted of a respective plurality of U-shaped arcs having at least one base and two ends. The bases of a crown element are connected to the ends of a crown element via connecting bridges. To produce the flap stent of the above type, a 3D microdispensing technique is used to form a thin-walled sandwich structure. The invention further relates to a device for applying a stent, said device comprising positioning wires which have clamps on their ends, said clamps being frictionally connectible to the fixing hooks of the ends of the crown elements.

L'invention concerne une endoprothèse valvulaire constituée d'une pluralité d'éléments de couronne qui sont disposés coaxialement l'un après l'autre et qui sont respectivement formés de plusieurs arcs en U comportant au moins une base et deux extrémités. Selon l'invention, les bases d'un éléments de couronne sont reliées avec les extrémités d'un élément de couronne par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de liaison. Une technique de dosage par gouttelettes 3D permettant de former une structure en sandwich à parois minces est utilisée pour produire cette endoprothèse valvulaire. Cette invention concerne en outre un dispositif conçu pour mettre en place l'endoprothèse, comprenant des fils métalliques de positionnement dont les extrémités sont pourvues d'une pince pouvant être reliée à force avec le crochet de fixation se trouvant aux extrémités des éléments de couronne.
