Abstract:
(EN) Lysing may include agitating a specimen in a chamber along with a medium that includes a particulate lysing material that has an affinity for a biological material. Lysing material may include beads or other material which may be coated that facilitates binding. The medium may include a fluid with a high salt or low pH level. The biological material may be eluted by lowering a concentration of salt or increasing a pH level. Lysing materials with two or more different affinities may be employed. Heating may be used. Lysing may be performed in a flow through apparatus.
(FR) La lyse peut comprendre l'agitation d'un échantillon dans une chambre avec un milieu comprenant un matériau de lyse particulaire possédant une affinité avec un matériau biologique. Le matériau de lyse peut comprendre des perles ou un autre matériau, pouvant être enrobés, qui facilite la liaison. Le milieu peut comprendre un liquide présentant une haute teneur en sel ou un faible niveau de pH. Le matériau biologique peut être élué en diminuant une concentration en sel ou en augmentant un niveau de pH. On peut employer des matériaux de lyse possédant au moins deux affinités différentes. On peut recourir au chauffage. La lyse peut être réalisée dans un appareil à écoulement continu.
