(EN)Techniques for generating a transmit (TX) signal with improved characteristics in the presence of interference such as noise and distortion. In one aspect, the TX output signal is used to generate a reconstructed signal having the characteristics of the interference, and the reconstructed signal is subtracted from the baseband TX signal. The reconstructed signal may be generated by high-pass filtering the TX output signal at baseband. Alternatively, the reconstructed signal may be generated from a reference signal Ref derived from the baseband TX signal.
