(EN)The present invention relates to a method for predicting surface quality of thin slab hot rolled coil and a method for producing the thin slab hot rolled coil using the same. The method comprises the steps of: calculating Cu equivalent (Cu eq.) of a molten steel; calculating burnt index by applying the calculated Cu equivalent of the molten steel into an equation: 120 × (Cu equivalent)²-6×(Cu equivalent); and predicting surface defect occurrence of the thin slab hot rolled coil by the burnt index. According to the present invention, the method is able to predict burnt defect of the thin slab hot rolled coil by calculating Cu equivalent of the molten steel, and thus improves productivity and product reliability by providing a thin slab which meets the product quality standards demanded by a consumer.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé pour prévoir la qualité de surface d'une bobine de tôle laminée à chaud à partir de brame mince et un procédé pour produire des bobines de tôle laminées à chaud à partir de brames minces au moyen dudit procédé. Le procédé comrpend les étapes qui consistent : à calculer l'équivalent en Cu (Cu eq.) d'un acier en fusion; à calculer l'indice de combustion par application de l'équivalent en Cu calculé de l'acier en fusion à une équation : 120 × (Cu equivalent)²-6×(Cu equivalent); et à prévoir l'occurrence de défaut de surface de la bobine de tôle laminée à chaud à partir de brame mince par l'indice de combustion. Selon la présente invention, le procédé permet de prédire un défaut de combustion de la bobine de tôle laminée à chaud à partir de brame mince par calcul de l'équivalent en Cu de l'acier en fusion, et ainsi d'améliorer la productivité et la fiabilité de produit par obtention d'une brame mince qui répond aux normes de qualité exigées par un consommateur.
(KO)박슬라브 열연코일의 표면품질 예측방법 및 이를 이용한 박슬라브 열연코일의 제조방법에 관한 것이다, 본 발명은 용강의 Cu당량(Cu eq.)을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 용강의 Cu당량을 식: 120×(Cu당량)2-6×(Cu당량)에 적용하여 비늘흠 지수를 산출하며, 상기 비늘흠 지수로 박슬라브 열연코일의 표면 결함 발생을 예측한다. 본 발명에 의하면 용강의 Cu당량을 산출하여 박슬라브 열연코일의 비늘흠 결함을 예측할 수 있으므로 수요자의 요구 품질 수준에 맞는 박슬라브를 제공할 수 있어 생산성 및 제품신뢰도가 향상되는 이점이 있다.
