Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a burner using plasma, which uses a mixture fuel in which water and industrial waste oil are mixed at an appropriate ratio. A combustion tank has a positive electrode (+), a rod installed at one side of the combustion tank has a negative electrode (-), and direct current electricity is supplied to the combustion tank and to the rod from a direct current electricity supply unit. A steam supply pipe of a steam generator is installed together with a plasma torch unit which is coupled to the combustion tank, such that high-temperature steam is discharged from the steam supply pipe together with the plasma torch generated by the plasma torch unit. Thus, the high-temperature plasma torch generates a high-temperature plasma flame of 800°C or higher to heat a combustion chamber at the inner wall of the combustion tank. A mixture fuel supply pipe is wound into a coil on the outer surface of the combustion chamber, such that the mixture fuel supply pipe is preheated by high-temperature heat. The mixture fuel in the mixture fuel supply pipe is supplied at an air pressure of 50 through a high pressure pump, and water in the mixture fuel is decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen and waste oil in the mixture fuel is decomposed into carbons. The mixture fuel is injected or sprayed through a nozzle at a high temperature to effectively and completely burn the mixture fuel. The plasma torch unit operates by means of the direct current electricity supplied by the direct current electricity supply unit if needed, to adjust the temperature of the combustion chamber of the combustion tank, thereby enabling the smooth use of the burner.
(FR) L'invention concerne un brûleur fonctionnant au plasma et brûlant un combustible mixte dans lequel de l'eau et de l'huile industrielle usagée sont mélangées en une proportion appropriée. Une cuve de combustion comporte une électrode positive (+), une tige montée sur un côté de la cuve de combustion a une électrode négative (-), et du courant continu est fourni à la cuve de combustion et à la tige par une unité d'alimentation en courant continu. Un conduit d'alimentation en vapeur d'un générateur de vapeur est installé avec une unité torche à plasma couplée à la cuve de combustion de sorte que de la vapeur à haute température soit dégagée par le conduit d'alimentation en vapeur en même temps que le jet de plasma généré par l'unité torche à plasma. Ainsi, le jet de plasma haute température génère une flamme haute température de 800°C ou plus pour chauffer une chambre de combustion sur la paroi interne de la cuve de combustion. Un conduit d'alimentation en combustible mixte est enroulé sur la surface externe de la chambre de combustion de façon que le conduit d'alimentation en combustible mixte soit préchauffé par une chaleur élevée. Le combustible mixte dans le conduit d'alimentation en combustible mixte est alimenté sous une pression d'air de 50 par une pompe haute pression, l'eau dans le combustible mixte est décomposée en hydrogène et en oxygène et l'huile usagée dans le combustible mixte est décomposée en carbones. Le combustible mixte est injecté ou pulvérisé par une buse à haute température pour être brûlé de manière efficace et complète. L'unité torche à plasma fonctionne au moyen du courant continu fourni par l'unité d'alimentation en courant continu si nécessaire, afin d'adapter la température de la chambre de combustion de la cuve de combustion, permettant ainsi une utilisation homogène du brûleur.
(KO) 본 발명은 프라즈마를 이용한 버어너에 관한 것으로, 물과 산업폐유를 적정비율로 혼합한 혼합연료를 사용하도록 된 프라즈마를 이용한 버어너에 관한 것으로, 연소통을 양극부(+)로 하고, 그 일측에 설치한 봉체를 음극부(-)로 하여 직류전기공급부로부터 직류전기를 공급받게 하고 또 스팀발생기의 스팀공급관을 같이 설치하여 스팀공급관으로부터 고온스팀을 같이 분출케하는 프라즈마토치부를 연소통에 결합구성하여 고온스팀프라즈마토치의 화염생성으로 연소실에는 800℃ 이상의 고온플라스마 화염이 연소통 내벽을 가열하도록 하고, 연소통에 외부내에 코일형태로 감아 설치한 혼합연료공급파이프를 고열로 예열하도록 결합 구성하므로 혼합연료공급파이프 내의 혼합연료는 고압펌프로 50기압 이상으로 고압공급 하므로 혼합연료 중 물은 수소와 산소로 분해되고 폐유는 탄소성분으로 분해케 되어 노즐을 통할시는 고열 분사, 분무하게 되어 혼합연료 연소를 효과적으로 완전 연소할 수 있고 또 필요에 따라 직류전기공급부의 직류전기 공급으로 프라즈마토치부를 가동시켜 연소통의 연소실 온도조절을 하도록 하여 원활한 버어너 사용이 가능케 한 발명이다.
