(EN)The present invention relates to a method for breeding a novel plant variety of high fertility xBrassicoraphanus with stabilized seed productivity, and discloses a method for breeding a novel plant variety of xBrassicoraphanus, which involves performing a mutant treatment on xBrassicoraphanus seeds by treating the xBrassicoraphanus seeds with 0.01 µg/L of mutagen NMU, sowing the xBrassicoraphanus seeds, gathering the xBrassicoraphanus seeds, sowing the xBrassicoraphanus seeds again, performing artificial crossing in an indoor area to check seed productivity, and checking the uniformity of the variety using an AFLP primer.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de sélectionner une nouvelle variété végétale de xBrassicoraphanus hautement fertile dont la productivité des semences est stabilisée. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un procédé de sélection d'une nouvelle variété végétale de xBrassicoraphanus consistant à exécuter un traitement de mutation sur des semences de xBrassicoraphanus. Ce traitement comporte les opérations suivantes: traitement des semences de xBrassicoraphanus avec 0,01 µg/l de NMU (neuromédine U) mutagène, semis des semences de xBrassicoraphanus, recueil des semences de xBrassicoraphanus, nouveau semis de xBrassicoraphanus, exécution d'un croisement artificiel à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment de façon à vérifier la productivité des semences, et vérification de l'uniformité de la variété au moyen d'une amorce AFLP.
