Abstract:

(EN)The heat sink (50) of a drive device (1) has a heat receiving surface (59) which is formed in the rising direction from an end wall (13) in the axis direction of a motor case (10). A power module (60) is disposed along the heat receiving surface (59) of the heat sink (50). A control circuit board (40) has a control circuit section (90) which controls drive of a motor (2) and is electrically connected to the power module (60). In a power circuit board (70), a coil current to be carried to a coil (26) is carried, and the power circuit board is electrically connected to the power module (60). In the drive device (1), a motor case (10), the control circuit board (40), the power module (60) and a power wiring section (70) are arranged in this order in the axis direction. The power module (60) is perpendicularly disposed with respect to the end wall (13) in the axis direction of the motor case (10).
(FR)Selon l'invention, le dissipateur thermique (50) d'un dispositif d'entraînement (1) a une surface de réception de chaleur (59) qui est formée dans la direction montante à partir d'une paroi d'extrémité (13) dans la direction axiale d'un boîtier de moteur (10). Un module de puissance (60) est agencé le long de la surface de réception de chaleur (59) du dissipateur thermique (50).
