Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a method for controlling depth or depth-of-focus in 3D image reconstructions, in particular for: A) Controlling the depth with the aim to synthesize a holography dynamic 3D scene; such a scene can be either numerically reconstructed or holographically projected for 3D display purposes by means of optical reconstruction through Spatial Light Modulator (SLM); B) controlling the focus to extend the depth of focus and have two object at different distance simultaneously in focus by digital holography; The method according to the invention can be applied with few differences both to the usual holograms and to the Fourier ones. The invention further concerns a holographic apparatus implementing the method according to the invention.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de commande de profondeur de foyer dans des reconstructions d'image tridimensionnelle, en particulier pour : A) commander la profondeur dans le but de synthétiser une scène tridimensionnelle dynamique d'holographie, une telle scène pouvant être soit numériquement reconstruite, soit projetée de manière holographique dans des buts d'affichage tridimensionnel au moyen d'une reconstruction optique par modulateur spatial de lumière (SLM) ; B) commander le foyer afin d'augmenter la profondeur de foyer et avoir simultanément deux objets à différentes distances au foyer par holographie numérique. Le procédé selon l'invention peut être appliqué avec peu de différence à la fois aux hologrammes habituels et aux hologrammes de Fourier. L'invention porte en outre sur un appareil holographique mettant en œuvre le procédé selon l'invention.
