(EN)A novel nanostructured material comprising silica-titania which are functionalized and partially hydroxylated having a Ti:Si range of compositions from 100:0 to 0:100, nanoparticles between 1 nm to 30 nm of coordinated platinum (II) were dispersed on the surface and bonded in the net of the material, its process of manufacture and uses thereof.
