(KO) 기지국 협력 전력 제어 방법 및 이를 이용하는 기지국 장치
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a method for cooperative control of power among base stations and a base station device which performs the same. A first receiving unit is configured such that a specific base station in a cooperative unit receives, from a specific terminal located on a cell edge of the specific base station, a token value information which indicates an average transmission rate of the specific terminal and the up-to-date level of satisfaction of the minimum average transmission rate of the specific terminal. A second receiving unit receives, from one or more other base stations in the cooperative unit, information containing an average transmission rate of terminals located on cell edges of each of the base stations, token value of terminals located on cell edges of each of the base stations, and the current power levels of each of one or more base stations. A first power level calculation unit calculates first power level vectors of each of the base stations in the cooperative unit, which ensure the minimum average transmission rates of the specific terminal and the terminals located on the cell edges of each one or more base stations in the cooperative unit. A second power level calculation unit calculates second power level vectors which are the updated power levels of each of the base stations in the cooperative level, with consideration of the current power levels of each of the base stations and the first power level vectors.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de commande coopérative de puissance entre stations de base et sur un dispositif de station de base qui met en œuvre ce procédé. Une première unité réceptrice est configurée de telle manière qu'une station de base spécifique dans une unité coopérative reçoit, en provenance d'un terminal spécifique se trouvant sur une périphérie de cellule de la station de base spécifique, des informations de valeur de jeton qui indiquent un débit de transmission moyen du terminal spécifique et le niveau mis à jour de satisfaction du débit de transmission moyen minimal du terminal spécifique. Une seconde unité réceptrice reçoit, en provenance d'une ou plusieurs autres stations de base dans l'unité coopérative, des informations contenant un débit de transmission moyen de terminaux se trouvant sur des périphéries de cellule de chacune des stations de base, une valeur de jeton de terminaux se trouvant sur des périphéries de cellule de chacune des stations de base, et les niveaux de puissance courants de chacune d'une ou plusieurs stations de base. Une première unité de calcul de niveau de puissance calcule des premiers vecteurs de niveau de puissance de chacune des stations de base dans l'unité coopérative, qui assurent les débits de transmission moyens minimaux du terminal spécifique et des terminaux se trouvant sur les périphéries de cellule de chacune d'une ou plusieurs stations de base dans l'unité coopérative. Une seconde unité de calcul de niveau de puissance calcule des seconds vecteurs de niveau de puissance qui sont les niveaux de puissance mis à jour de chacune des stations de base dans l'unité coopérative, en prenant en considération les niveaux de puissance courants de chacune des stations de base et les premiers vecteurs de niveau de puissance.
(KO) 기지국 협력 전력 제어 방법 및 이를 수행하는 기지국 장치가 개시된다. 제 1 수신부는 상기 협력 단위 내 특정 기지국이 자신의 셀 경계에 위치한 특정 단말로부터 상기 특정 단말의 평균 전송률 및 상기 특정 단말의 현재까지 최소 평균 전송률 만족 정도를 나타내는 토큰 값 정보를 수신한다. 제 2 수신부는 상기 협력 단위 내 하나 이상의 다른 기지국으로부터 각 기지국별 셀 경계에 위치한 단말의 평균 전송률, 상기 각 기지국별 셀 경계에 위치한 단말의 토큰 값 및 상기 하나 이상의 다른 기지국 각각의 현재 전력 레벨을 포함하는 정보를 수신하다. 제 1 전력 레벨 연산부는 상기 특정 단말 및 상기 협력 단위 내 하나 이상의 다른 기지국별 셀 경계에 위치한 단말의 최소 평균 전송률을 보장하는 상기 협력 단위 내 각 기지국의 제 1 전력 레벨 벡터를 계산한다. 제 2 전력 레벨 연산부는 상기 각 기지국의 현재 전력 레벨 및 상기 제 1 전력 레벨을 고려하여 상기 협력 단위 내 각 기지국의 갱신 전력 레벨인 제 2 전력 레벨 벡터를 계산한다.
