(EN)Disclosures are a slide hinge device and a manufacturing method thereof, which simplify the configuration and manufacturing process of the slide hinge device and reduce manufacturing costs. The slide hinge device for mutual sliding between a main body and a slide unit comprises a lower plate which forms an outer appearance of a rear surface of the slide unit; a fixed bracket which is fixed integrally to an inner surface of the lower plate; a guide bar which is arranged inside the lower plate and which has one end located in the vicinity of the fixed bracket; a support bracket which is arranged in the vicinity of one end of the guide bar to support the arrangement of the guide bar with respect to the inner surface of the lower plate; an upper fixing portion which accommodates the guide bar therein, and which is injection-molded integrally with the inner surface of the lower plate via the fixed bracket; and a connection hinge portion which is coupled to the main body to slide along the guide bar.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'articulation à glissière et sur un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci, lequel procédé simplifie la configuration et le procédé de fabrication du dispositif d'articulation à glissière et réduit les coûts de fabrication. Le dispositif d'articulation à glissière pour un coulissement mutuel entre un corps principal et une unité de glissière comprend une plaque inférieure qui forme un aspect externe d'une surface arrière de l'unité de glissière ; un support fixe qui est fixé intégralement à une surface interne de la plaque inférieure ; une barre de guidage qui est agencée à l'intérieur de la plaque inférieure et qui a une extrémité disposée au voisinage du support fixe ; un support de maintien qui est agencé au voisinage d'une extrémité de la barre de guidage pour supporter l'agencement de la barre de guidage par rapport à la surface interne de la plaque inférieure ; une partie de fixation supérieure qui reçoit la barre de guidage dans celle-ci, et qui est moulée par injection d'un seul tenant avec la surface interne de la plaque inférieure par l'intermédiaire du support fixe ; et une partie d'articulation de liaison qui est couplée au corps principal pour coulisser le long de la barre de guidage.
