(EN)The present invention relates to a synthesis method of glycine alkyl amides which are used as a template for preparing a nanopore structure, by reacting glycine combined with an amine protecting group compound and an alkyl amine. The synthesis method of the present invention is simple and shows a high yield compared with known synthesis methods of glycine alkyl amides, and does not generate toxic gases and waste water because chlorine compounds such as thionyl chloride which have been previously used in the synthesis are not used which enables the environmentally-friendly synthesis of glycine alkyl amides, thereby enabling field application and mass production.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'amides alkyliques de glycine qui sont utilisés comme modèle dans la préparation d'une structure à nanopores, ledit procédé consistant à faire réagir avec une amine alkylique une glycine combinée à un composé comportant un groupe de protection d'amine. Le procédé de synthèse de l'invention est simple, présente un rendement élevé par rapport à des procédés de synthèse connus d'amides alkyliques de glycine et ne génère pas de gaz toxiques et d'eaux usées, car il n'emploie pas de composés chlorés tels que le chlorure de thionyle, qui étaient utilisés précédemment, de manière à permettre une synthèse écologique d'amides alkyliques de glycine pouvant être appliquée sur le terrain et qui permet une production de masse.
(KO)본 발명은 아민보호기 화합물과 결합된 글리신(glycine)과 알킬아민을 반응시켜 나노세공 구조체의 제조시 주형으로 사용하기 위한 글리신알킬아마이드의 합성방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 글리신알킬아마이드 합성법에 비해 합성방법이 간단하고 수율이 높고, 또한 합성시 종전에 사용하던 티오닐클로라이드(thionyl chloride)와 같은 염소화합물을 사용하지 않아 유독성 가스와 폐수가 발생하지 아니하여 친환경적 공법에 의해 합성이 가능하므로 현장적용과 함께 대량 생산이 가능하도록 한 것이 장점이다.
