Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an optical adhesive sheet which can suppress malfunction-causing changes in capacitance when said sheet is applied to an optical member. The optical adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer and is characterised by having a dielectric constant of 2-8 at a frequency of1MHz and a dielectric loss tangent which is greater than 0 but not greater than 0.2 at a frequency of 1 MHz. In addition, at a frequency of 1.0 x 106 Hz, the dielectric constant of said sheet is preferably not less than 60% of the dielectric constant at a frequency of 1.0 x 104 Hz, and the absolute value of the difference between the dielectric loss tangent at a frequency of 1.0 x 106 Hz and that at a frequency of 1.0 x 104 Hz is preferably not greater than 0.15.
(FR) L'invention divulgue une feuille optique adhésive qui peut diminuer les modifications de capacité pouvant entraîner un dysfonctionnement lorsque ladite feuille est appliquée sur un élément optique. La feuille optique adhésive comprend une couche adhésive et est caractérisée en ce que sa constante diélectrique à une fréquence de 1 MHz est de 2-8 et sa tangente de perte diélectrique à une fréquence de 1 MHz est supérieure à 0 et non supérieure à 0,2. De plus, à une fréquence de 1,0 x 106 Hz, la constante diélectrique de ladite feuille n'est de préférence pas inférieure à 60 % de la constante diélectrique à une fréquence de 1,0 x 104 Hz et la valeur absolue de la différence entre la tangente de perte diélectrique à une fréquence de 1,0 x 106 Hz et celle à une fréquence de 1,0 x 104 Hz n'est de préférence pas supérieure à 0,15.
(JA)  光学部材に適用された際に、誤動作の原因となる静電容量の変化を抑制できる光学用粘着シートを提供する。 本発明の光学用粘着シートは、粘着剤層を含む光学用粘着シートであって、周波数1MHzでの誘電率が2~8であり、周波数1MHzでの誘電正接が0より大きく0.2以下であることを特徴とする。また、前記光学用粘着シートは、周波数1.0×106Hzでの誘電率が、周波数1.0×104Hzでの誘電率の60%以上であることが好ましい。さらに、前記光学用粘着シートは、周波数1.0×106Hzでの誘電正接と周波数1.0×104Hzでの誘電正接との差の絶対値が、0.15以下であることが好ましい。
