(EN)The invention relates to a device (1) for measuring the speed of a fluid in a pipe. According to the invention, an adjustment and a surface roughness assessment are carried out between a fluid bearing (3) and a hollow pipe (30) secured to a turbine (10), with friction minimised to the point of being able to measure previously unexplored speeds of less than 1 cm/s.
