(EN)A method for uplink power control and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining the path loss of a mobile station in the serving cell; obtaining the path losses of the mobile station to the neighboring cells; setting the path compensation transmission power of the mobile station according to the path loss of the mobile station in the serving cell and the path losses of the mobile station to the neighboring cells; setting the basic open loop transmission power of the mobile station with the path compensation transmission power of the mobile station; and implementing the uplink power control according to the basic open loop transmission power. With the technical solution of this invention, a compromise between the spectrum efficiency of the system and that of the cell edge users can be made easily and effectively.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande de puissance en liaison montante et un appareil associé. Le procédé comprend : l'obtention de l'affaiblissement de propagation d'une station mobile dans la cellule de desserte; l'obtention des affaiblissements de propagation de la station mobile vers les cellules voisines; la définition de la puissance de transmission de compensation de parcours de la station mobile en fonction de la perte de propagation de la station mobile dans la cellule de desserte et des affaiblissements de propagation de la station mobile vers les cellules voisines; la définition de la puissance de transmission en boucle ouverte de base de la station mobile avec la puissance de transmission de compensation de propagation de la station mobile; et la mise en œuvre de la commande de puissance en liaison montante selon la puissance de transmission en boucle ouverte de base. Grâce à la solution technique de l'invention, un compromis peut être réalisé aisément et efficacement entre l'efficacité spectrale du système et celle des utilisateurs de périphérie de cellule.
