(EN)The aim of the present invention is to provide a method and apparatus in which a continuous and long displacement is ensured while the dynamic kinetic energy of a vehicle is absorbed by the kinetic friction force and rolling force produced by dragging the surface of a rolled tube made of soft materials, to thereby maintain the maximum ride-down deceleration being applied to the vehicle and vehicle occupants at a slow level, and enable a PHD evaluation index to satisfy the requirements of the vehicle occupant safety index, thus safely protecting vehicle occupants from a fatal impact. For this purpose, the present invention is configured such that the front end of the rolled tube, to which the largest dynamic kinetic energy of the vehicle is to be applied, has a maximum ride-down deceleration of 20g or lower by means of the kinetic friction force of a first dragging kinetic friction force inducing element, the intermediate portion of the roller tube has significantly reduced kinetic energy by means of a second dragging kinetic friction rolling force inducing element which has a coefficient of kinetic friction larger than that of the first dragging kinetic friction force inducing element (that is, μ2 > μ1), and the residual amount of the kinetic energy of the vehicle is completely absorbed by second and third dragging kinetic friction rolling force inducing elements installed along the length (S) of a stopper.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de garantir un déplacement long et continu pendant que l'énergie cinétique dynamique d'un véhicule est absorbée par la force de frottement cinétique et la force de roulage produites par la traînée de la surface d'un tube enroulé en matériaux mous, ceci afin de maintenir la décélération maximale en descente appliquée au véhicule et aux occupants du véhicule à vitesse lente, et de permettre à un indice d'évaluation PHD de satisfaire aux exigences de l'indice de sécurité pour les occupants du véhicule, et de protéger ainsi efficacement les occupants de véhicule d'un impact fatal. A cet effet, l'invention est configurée de sorte que l'extrémité avant du tube enroulé, à laquelle doit être appliquée l'énergie cinétique dynamique la plus importante du véhicule, présente une décélération maximale en descente de 20 g au moyen de la force de frottement cinétique d'un premier élément inducteur de force de frottement cinétique et de traînée, que la partie intermédiaire du tube enroulé présente une énergie cinétique considérablement réduite au moyen d'un second élément inducteur de force de roulage par frottement cinétique et par traînée ayant un coefficient de frottement cinétique supérieur à celui du premier élément inducteur de force de frottement cinétique et de traînée (c.-à-d. μ2 > μ1), et que la quantité résiduelle d'énergie cinétique du véhicule soit entièrement absorbée par un second et un troisième élément inducteur de force de roulage par frottement cinétique et par traînée installés le long (S) d'une pièce d'arrêt.
(KO)본 발명은 소프트 재질의 압연관 표면 드래그(drag)에 의한 운동 마찰력과 압연력을 이용하여 차량의 동적 운동에너지가 흡수되는 동안 변위(Displacement)가 지속적으로 길게 확보되면서 차량 및 탑승자가 받는 최대 감가속도를 완만하게 유지되도록 함으로써 PHD의 평가지수가 탑승자의 안전지수의 요건을 충족되게 하여 치명적인 충격으로부터 인명을 안전하게 보호하고자함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기위한 구성은 차량의 동적 운동에너지가 가장 큰 압연관의 선단부에는 제1 드래그 운동마찰력 유도구의 운동 마찰력에 의하여 최대 감가속도가 20g이하가 되도록 한 후 압연관의 중간부에는 제1 드래그 운동마찰력 유도구보다 큰 운동마찰계수(μ2 > μ1)를 갖는 제2 드래그 운동마찰압연력 유도구에 의하여 운동에너지가 대폭 감소되게 하면서 아직 남아있는 운동에너지의 잔량은 스톱퍼 길이(S)에 설치된 제2, 제3 드래그 운동마찰압연력 유도구에 의하여 모두 흡수되도록 한 구성이다.
